De Australiër Lucas Stevenson won de juniorenwedstrijd in Tremelo. In een sprint met 5 kwam hij als eerste over de streep. Lucas stelt zichzelf even voor hieronder.
"I’m Lucas Stevenson, an Australian riders that rides for Cannibal Bahrain Victorious. In my U17 season I won the Australian ITT championships. I had an underperforming start to the 2024 season in Australia where I wasn’t able to achieve my target results so I made sure to bring good form to Europe. " : Lucas.
"In the last month since I’ve got here I have been overachieving to what I had expected almost winning my first UCI tour and leading the young riders classification in a UCI nations cup before crashing out on the last stage. GP Neil’s Albert has been my first proper win and it proves to my team and coaches that I have what it takes to win."
